Returns Policy
At LOLITA STYLE we are committed to ensuring the full satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the products within 10 days from the delivery date.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping, so we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

To be accepted, the return must meet certain conditions: the items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. they must not have been used, washed or damaged. Products must be complete with all original tags still attached and returned in their original packaging or equivalent packaging.

If the items are damaged, used or washed, we will not be able to accept the return. Items that do not comply with these conditions will be returned to the sender.

To start the return procedure, simply contact our customer service at info@lolitastyle.it. You will receive a free return label via email to apply to the package. Once the package has been prepared, you can deliver it to the courier indicated on the label.

After receiving and verifying your return, we will refund the amount paid within 7-10 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Items purchased in final promotion cannot be returned. Please check carefully before completing your purchase.

If you wish to exchange a product for another, we invite you to return the item you do not wish to keep and, once the return has been approved, you can place a new order for the item you wish to purchase.

After receiving the refund, you can proceed with a new purchase on our site for the item you prefer.
