Italy: 2-6 working days
Europe: 2-7 working days
Shipping times are indicative and may vary based on the destination location and courier availability.

2. Shipping Costs
Italy: Free shipping throughout Italy.
Europe: The standard shipping rate is €12.99

3. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a package tracking link. You will be able to check the status of the shipment in real time.

4. Delivery Policy
Deliveries take place during working days (Monday to Friday) from 9:00 to 18:00. If you are not available for delivery, the courier may try again or drop the package off at a local collection point.

Any delays in shipments may be caused by factors outside our control, such as holidays, weather conditions or customs procedures.

6. Wrong Shipping Address
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, Lolita Style will not be responsible for non-delivery. Please make sure all shipping information is correct when ordering.
